Glitter Watercolors have a much stronger binder than the metallic paints and do need a couple of minutes to dissolve before use. Please add a few drops of water (4-5) and wait a few minutes.
Beautiful Watercolors, handmade by myself. I’ve used the best quality pigments in these paints and I’ve packed in as much pigment as possible. So there are no fillers in these paints to bulk them out, just pigments and the ingredients for the binder.
