Shipping policy

Please be aware that delivery times can be greatly affected by staff and freight shortages due to the Covid Virus.  During the first Covid wave of spring 2020, packages were taking a lot longer to reach their destinations but all packages did eventually arrive.

Things seem to have returned to normal for the time being, but please bear this in mind if a second wave hits us.

Orders of £35 and over will be shipped via a free economy shipping service.

For all orders under £35, there will be a small shipping charge.

Domestic UK orders (below £35) will be £1.50 per order.

International Orders (below £35) will be £3.50 per order.

Shipping Times

As my items are handmade, I do have a processing / handling time of around 4 business days before the order is posted out.  You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been posted out.  (please check your email junk/spam folder if this does not arrive.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

UK orders 2-3 working days.

USA, Canada & Europe 1-2 weeks but please allow up to 4 weeks as some packages can be held for longer in customs.

Australia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea & Japan 2-5 weeks.
